I Need a Good Massage

Finding a good massage therapist is like striking gold.

I spend a lot of time on the computer. I sit, hunched over for hours, digging through pages and pages of information, looking for nuggets.

I get stiff.  I get headaches.  For a gold digger such as myself, it's an occupational hazard.

An occasional appointment with the massage therapist is my guilty pleasure. I would go more frequently, but it can get expensive.

If I were exceedingly wealthy, I would keep a massage therapist on call 24/7.

Maybe I already do.......


Do you know those two soft spots at the base of your skull? You know what I'm talking about. That's where many of us carry our tension. Is there anything better than massaging those spots?

I have a heavenly massager that not only massages those spots, but also my neck, shoulder blades and upper back.

I have had all kinds of massagers, but believe me, this one is different.

First of all, it's quite heavy, which is good, because the weight of it pushes down on your back, neck and shoulders while the Shiatsu nodes rotate. This makes the massage so much more effective.

In addition, there are two handles on either side.  For additional pressure, you pull down on the handles, and (OMG!) you will think you have some big, strong Swedish woman named Helga giving you a massage!

You can make the Shiatsu nodes rotate in different directions to thoroughly massage those sore spots on your neck. It also has an option for heat if you want it. 

Be careful to look for the i-need Shiatsu Neck and Shoulder Massager with Heat.  Brookstone also makes the "i-need Neck and Shoulder Massager," which is a totally different (and in my opinion, inferior) product.

My only caution is that it makes the recipient groan in ways that can be misinterpreted if heard by others. If you live in an apartment or condo, this could do wonders for your reputation.
